Welcome to our PAY PLAN, one of the most lucrative in the whole of the Network Marketing industry, with the fastest payment system.

As a Brand Ambassador or Affiliate you will earn commissions on all sales including your own purchases.

Then for all Brand Ambassadors who decide

to help others and build a team you are able to

work through our uncapped pay plan.

We have people in the team who do this as a hobby, we have part time earners, full time earners, 6 figure salary earners and millionaires, where you decide to take it is totally up to you.

Retail Pay: Based on total Personal Retail Sales (PRS) for the month. 20% is paid after three hours, and the additional 5%-20% is paid with Month-End Pay after the total PRS is determined for the month.

*Sales: All sales requirements, except for Personal Retail Sales, are based on 75% of the Personal Retail Sales value.

The Personal Retail Sales value of a given order or product can be reduced when using coupons, product credit, or other savings methods and promotions.

Circle Sales: Circle Sales are 75% of the PRS value in your Circle, excluding your own sales. Your Circle includes everyone in your downline except for other Brand Ambassadors who are Paid-as Brand Director and above and their respective downlines.

Circle Pay: Earn 3%-5% of Circle Sales based on your Paid-as title in the Pay Plan.

Company Sales: Company sales are 75% of the PRS value in your Company, which makes up your entire downline including your own sales.

Promotion Bonuses (Doubled during a new Brand Ambassador's first full three months): Promotion Bonuses paid to all Brand Ambassadors who promote to Senior Brand Specialist and above. These bonuses are only paid once. If you promote two or more times for the first time in the same month, you will receive a bonus for each Title Promotion. These bonuses are paid with Month-End Pay following the month the new title(s) were achieved for the first time.

Generation (Gen): A Generation is comprised of Brand Ambassadors who are Paid-as Brand Director or above.

Generational (Gen) Pay: Brand Ambassadors may earn 3%-8% on their Generation (Gen) Sales from their 1st Gen, 2nd Gen, and 3rd Gen, depending on the Brand Ambassador's Paid-As Title for the month. Gen Sales are 75% of the PRS value in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Generations in the month in question.

Once your first order goes through your Younique website (which is free when you join) you will receive an email asking you to set up your payquicker account. This account is a bit like a PayPal account and where all your commissions will be paid.

Once you have £50 / $50 / €50 in your account you will automatically be sent your Younique VISA card.
